Simply the brightness, it used to be the major the consideration when you purchased a projector. The internet is flooded with cheap LED that state they are 3000 lumens but in fact when you read the detail its actually on 30 lumens.

You can buy cheap projectors price under $100, all touting HD 1080P projectors that put out a lot of lumens 10,000 hour LED Lamp. It's not true as they state. Let's look inside $70 LED Projector.

All cheap LED Projector are built same components, vendors just change the appearance. 
The problem for this cheap LED Projectors such as:
- It's getting dimmer and dimmer cause dust will block the LCD Panel, Mirror and Lens
- It is not bright enough to project in the day time.
- Can't find LCD Panel to replace when LCD panel is burned out or broken.

Buy well known brand name (Acer, Optoma, BenQ, Sony, Toshiba, ViewSonic, Dell, Hitachi, Sharp, Christie, Infocus ) to avoid wasting your money.
